How We Make a Difference
Ozaukee Community Therapies LLC is a mental health counseling center that provides counseling and supportive services to children, families, individuals and the community. Located in Grafton, WI, this clinic was founded to support the growing need for counseling and supportive services in the area. Erin Perez, MA, LPC, is the founder and clinic director and has been working with children, families, and communities in Ozaukee County for the past 15 years. In 2017, we opened our first school based mental health satellite clinic. In 2018, Ozaukee Community Therapies partnered with United Way of Sheboygan County’s PATH program and opened 22 school based mental health satellite clinics. We also opened an additional school based mental health satellite clinic in Washington County, and an outpatient counseling center in Sheboygan that year.
We offer a variety of services from outpatient mental health counseling (children, adults, families, couples, groups and school based), consulting, and trainings. In 2019, we opened an additional school-based satellite clinic in Ozaukee County and The Resiliency Center. This center will support divorced/separated individuals and families with supervised visitation, safe exchange, a child specialist (licensed mental health therapist who is trained in family inclusive mediation), and a variety of groups/trainings. Most recently, our clinic has contracted with county CCS programs in 3 counties and partnered with one additional school district in Ozaukee County and two school districts in northern Wisconsin to provide counseling services.
To provide affordable, accessible and inclusive services to individuals, families and the community.
