Ozaukee Community Therapies LLC was founded in 2015 by Erin Perez, MA, LPC. She had been practicing in the area for several years when she noticed an increased need for mental health services for children and families.
Erin's vision to open a practice that provided comprehensive mental health services started with one provider, an office and a waiting room. This vision quickly grew to 11 providers, and 10 locations; offering a variety of services to children, families, individuals and the community. Ozaukee Community Therapies is a contracted provider with Ozaukee County, and a provider partner with Mental Health America- Sheboygan and United Way of Sheboygan County's PATH program.
