Summary: One of the most critical ingredients for a positive experience in therapy is an open, honest, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I work to establish a strong relationship by providing a safe, comfortable, and empowering space for you to address difficult thoughts, situations, and emotions. I am passionate about working with young adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health, social, identity, and family concerns. I use an eclectic array of therapeutic modalities to treat each individual because effective therapy looks different for everyone!
