Summary: I offer individual therapy to teens and adults with a variety of backgrounds, needs, and diagnoses. I make an enormous effort to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for every client, giving individuals an opportunity to grow and create personal change in a healthy setting. Everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen and heard with compassion, and everyone has the power to take some control of their own story. Approach to Counseling: |
I utilize a combination of approaches intended to individually fit each client. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is often used, along with person-centered approaches and mindfulness practices. Therapy is collaborative and mental health is personal, so it is important that we develop a safe and healthy working relationship to achieve your individual goals.
