Summary: I am a firm believer in meeting my clients where they are at in life, while providing them with a safe and nonjudgmental environment that will promote the most growth and healing. Through both my personal and professional experiences with mental health, I feel that therapy can be beneficial for both those who are in crisis, as well as those who are seeking to explore and grow into themselves as individuals. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy but also operate from psychodynamic, humanistic, and client-centered theoretical orientations. I have experience in working with young adults, children, as well as various family systems.
