Summary:Sienna offers individual therapy and school-based services. She believes that one size does not fit all, and that this saying applies to counseling as well. During session, Sienna joins her clients on their journey to find their true, authentic selves through an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches. She recognizes the uniqueness of every client’s story and works to create an empathetic, inclusive, and safe space for her client’s to explore and discover different pieces of themselves. She supports her clients in finding ways to create change and authenticity in their own life. Sometimes it just takes a safe space to truly explore who you are and who you want to be. Sienna utilizes a variety of modalities including, but not limited to, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Interpersonal.
